I am 61 - living w/a relative here in Virginia-- North Carolina is my home and has my heart. I had to move here 4 yrs ago for health reasons and losing my home in NC and my Mother. I am a Diabetic- have severe debilitating Arthritis- whihc keeps me almost immobile. But? I can talk-pray- teach- and share all day long with the things I know about- God is good --

Share your Greatest need or desire.

My greatest need AND desire is to return to NC- have my own place where I can help others again. I can hold meetings of health concerns and how-to'- I can help spread the word of God- I am concerned abt our Veterans as well as other people like me that are getting cheated out of decent living quarters- assistance with food and medicine and all around help- some everyday--I'd like to help- I can use the computer -- I can use a telephone-- I can spread good news and help to my fellow seniors.

Share a testimony of prayer.

I was in the hosp last summer- July 21 to be exact - the temp was 106 here around Yorktown- I had not been treated well by my primary care doctor and had gotten to severe dehydration which lead me to the ER in kidney failure -- as I lay there for 5 days feeling completely shut off to everything and everybody?? all I coiuld hear was an angelic voice singing in my head all the old hymns- hearing the words over and over and I knew -- I KNEW that GOD was there- that he sent his angels to comfort me - and I lived -- you bet I did --- with a story to share --

Last Question! What are some things that you would like to see happen with "The Prayer Chain Of Faith"?

I would like to see us reach out to teenager/ drug abusers-- reach out to shut ins like the elderly and our veterans -- give some comfort -- give hope where there has been none--- show how God cares-- maybe even do it in ways that haven't been tried before---someone said" if you keep doing things in the same way and it hasn't worked?? why keep doing it ??" time for change
