In September of 1979, I was called to Ministry. I have been preaching for approximately 18 Years. My first pastoral experience began when I was 25 years old; I pastured a very small Bibleway congregation in Detroit, Michgan. I taught Sunday school and was Youth Pastor for my local church. I also was Bibleway Ohio State Youth Chairman for two terms. I performed church administrative functions such as weddings, funerals, oversaw church religious rites and ordinations. Visitation of the sick and shut in , counseling those in spiritual need, comforting the bereaved, and overseeing religious recreational Evangelist in Bibleway worldwide for one year ,national Evangelist in the P.A.W for one and one-half years and preached in all denominations, and served as the Assistant pastor of the Bibleway Temple of Toledo, Ohio. In 1990 Pastor Tate became the Senior Pastor Zion Cathedral of Praise a small town called Port Huron, Michigan from 1990 - 2009. His congregation grew from 15 to 200 two years in a very small town. Worked on legal board of NAACP 1yr, owned a managed a youth group home 3yrs. Served as International Evangelist for Ambassador For Christ non denominational and traveled internationally.

the church that i pastored for 18 yrs. small town builded a church in 2002 payed off going against the odds in 7 yrs we couldn't do it but God did that thing. 2010
