Pastor Anthony P Cox was born on January 22, 1962 in Wilson County to Roosevelt and Robena Cox. He’s the youngest of seven children; He attended Wilson County School in North Carolina and graduated from James Baxter Hunt High School in 1980. Anthony enlisted in the United State Navy and faithfully served from May 1981- May 1984.
In 1986 he married Gernese Pender they’ve been blessed with four children: Lavinski, Anthony, Ryan, and Crystal. A daughter in law Cristin Pittman Cox and two grandchildren Destiny and Anthony.

Anthony was converted in January 1991 under the leadership of Pastor Henry Cox of the Three Tabernacle Holiness Church Kenly, North Carolina. He served on the deacon board for four years until he accepted his calling into the ministry. He preached his initial sermon in June 1996. Four souls were saved during this service.
Pastor Cox decided to further his education in biblical studies. He received a diploma of Religious Education from the Goldsboro disciples Institute in 1999. He also received a Master of Arts in Theology from the Higher Learning Bible Institute in 2000.
During the fall of 1999, he founder Feel Free Church Ministries. It was birthed out of Pastor Cox’s desire to attend a church where he was free to worship God, teach the uncompromised word of God, and evangelize, which is the heartbeat of the ministry. In



December 1999, he was installed as the pastor. Since the ministry began, there has been a powerful move of God. Souls are being saved and people are being healed, set free, and delivered. Pastor Cox is concerned about the “total man “. His heart yearns for souls to be regenerated and for the body of Christ to come together. Only then can we accomplish what Jesus commanded us to do and that is go make disciples and proclaims the gospel. For even as the son of man came not to be ministered to but to minister and gave his life as a ransom for many. His favorite scripture is St. Luke 15: 17 and when he came to himself he said how many hired servants of my father have bread enough and to spare and I perish with hunger. Feel Free Church Ministries Motto is “A place where sinners are welcome and saints are expected.”

My Greatest is to stay in the will of God,,Being in my 12th year of Ministry ,Being a Founder of Feel Free Church Ministries in the yr of 2000, built a church after 7 yrs , My greatest Desire is to go into Full time Ministry so I can be more Effective, and reah the Masses. To build a Large youth Center for our youngpeople,To plant seeds early,see the Harvest Later.

Share a testimony of prayer.

Praise God! May 2012 will be 2 yrs since my neice of 11yrs of age had cancer,Rapped up on her neck. on her chest , on her back and her stomach, we got the word around to let the church know it was time to pray large church ,small church we exercised the laying of hands,2 months later she was totally healed ,her wieght was 94lbs now she she has to go on a diet, I beleive in the power of prayer.I was made to stand in the gap.
