- Dr. Zelda Fountain Carter was the third of eight children born in Philadelphia PA. She was the daughter of the late Martin and Rosa Fountain. She is married to Dr. Anthony Carter. she is the mother of four children-Jermain, Deleama, Malachi and Anntoinette.
Dr. Zelda Carter attended the Masterman and Kensington Girls School in Philadelphia, PA. From 1970-1972 she attended John Robert Powell school of Charm and Modeling-Philadelphia, PA. From 1977-1979 she attended Health Career where she received her L.P.N. Dr. Zelda Carter has received numerous awards and commendations for outstanding service. As a child she was trained at North Provident Baptist Church-Philadelphia, PA under the leader of the late Morris Paul Kennedy Senior. She accepted the Lord as her personal Savior at an early age of twelve years old. From a young age she knew her calling. At the age of thirteen she began to teach Sunday School and Vacation Bible Study. The years of here experience spiritual and natural have prepared her for the tasks that she now performs.
In 1988 Dr. Zelda Carter entered the School of Biblical Studies, being the Administrative Assistance and Yearbook Coordinator. In 1989 Dr. Zelda Carter was Assistant Pastor of Jubilee Christian Church-Philadelphia, PA. From 1989-1990 she was a Substitute Instructor. She received her Bachelors Degree in 1990. during the same year of 1990 Dr. Zelda Carter received her Doctoral of divinity in Puerto Rice (Jameson School of Ministry). In 1992 dr. Zelda Carter received her Masters of Theology-Jameson School of Theology. In 1992 she was Co-Pastor of Divine Mission Church-Philadelphia, PA. In 1996 she received her Thd.-Jameson School of Theology-Philadelphia, PA. In 1997 to this present timime Dr. Zelda Carter is Assistant Pastor at Christ's Servants Mission-Middletown, DE under Pastor and Overseer Dr. Anthony Carter. In 1998 she became a full-time Professor and Dean of Jameson School of Ministry, at Glasgow Campus-Newark, DE. In 2002 Dr. Zelda Carter received her Phd.-Jameson School of Theology-Philadelphia, PA. She is also on staff as an instructor at Hope Christian Bible Institute, an extension of Eastern Bible Institute.
Since 1999 Dr. Zelda Carter has been an active member on the Food Bank Board of Delaware, being involved in the Partners In Caring. Dr. Zelda Carter is serving as executive Director of the Power 4-U Community Outreach. She is the Vice President of Love Inc-a sub division of World Vision DE Chapter. Dr. Zelda Carter Collaborates with local DE Government agencies, (DHS, DHFS, DE Division of agents, local schools, day care, Amazing Grace Food Outreach Ministry, All local and Tri-State churches). Dr. Zelda Carter founded Emmanuel's Family Community Services along withe the assistance of Sis. Deleama Smith and Eld. Sonia Murrey. Dr. Zelda Carter helped found Family Help Inc(Transitional homes for the homeless).

- Share your Greatest need or desire.
- My greatest need and desire is to purchase a multi-purpose resource center that would aid all walks of life. From the seniors, disabled veterans, homeless, after school programs for children and young adults. The building will aid and combating the need of hunger homeless in the surrounding communities.
- Share a testimony of prayer.
- In the year 1998 I was healed from a left ovary cyst and right ovary mass through days of intercessory prayer.
In the year 1978 while visiting my mother, her house caught on fire in the middle of the night. The Spirit of the Lord woke me and I began to pray for my grandfather as the Spirit led me. Not knowing within the same hour that I began to pray my grandfather had drifted into a coma and the prayer brought him out . After I prayed I laid back down and the Spirit of the Lord call my name "Zelda it is I be not alarmed for I am with you". The Lord nudged me into the other room where I opened the door of flaming fire. I closed the door of the room and began to get the family to safety. My family was visiting my mothers home for Easter (three adult and ten children). After getting the last family member to safety the entire house was engulf in flames. Everything was destroyed accept my mothers Holy Bible.

- My vision is to have a million saints coming together dressed in white travailing/intercessory prayer for the world and world leaders.

Good afternoon sister dr. carter,
I need pray for my great nephew, the doctors say that there is no cure and his life expectancy is 6 months to a year. He is currently three months old with his parents in Bowie, MD. He has zellweger syndrome. Also pray for my cousin who just had an heart attack on Monday, April 1, 2013, she is in the hospital in MS. The families need your healing prays.
